Queens University Venture Network has invited Yaletown to join in a panel on financing technology businesses from getting started through to how to scale. Brad Johns look forward to participating with Dave Edmonds, Matt Mastracci and Brenda Slauko for a worthwhile discussion.

David Edmonds – Industry Chairman of the A100, Board Director nFluids,  veteran executive in Technology and Energy Services in Alberta.

Brad Johns – Partner at Yaletown Partners. Brad brings over 25 years of private equity, venture capital, business development and manufacturing experience to the firm. Brad led Yaletown’s emerging-growth investment in Monexa, which was acquired by Netsuite in 2015.

Brenda Slauko – Regional Director- BDC’s Technology Group. BDC’s Technologies Group supports technology entrepreneurs at all stages of growth, from the start-up phase, to more established businesses that are planning their succession.

Matt Mastracci – Founder EscapeCode Ventures, former Principal Software Developer SMART Technologies, Board of Chic Geek. Experienced CTO in software: worked on software at all scales from the embedded level, to client-facing desktop software installed on millions of desktops, up to high-traffic public web applications.
