Tasktop Announces Bruce McDonald as Vice President, Customer Success

VANCOUVER, BC, – Tasktop, the leader in Value Stream Integration, today announced that Bruce McDonald has joined the company as vice president of customer success.
In this role, McDonald will be responsible for leading the post-sales customer success team and will take responsibility for support; services; knowledge management and training; as well as customer success. McDonald brings more than 25 years of senior executive experience in the IT industry, most recently with EIQ Networks as VP of Global Services, where he led the North American expansion of the service delivery team by opening a Canadian subsidiary and incorporating technical account advocates into the EiQ SaaS offering. Prior to that he led North American operations for Sophos, including building and managing the professional services and support organization. He started his career at Seanix, PCsupport.com and Accpac, where he played significant roles in support leadership, operations, client services and sales.
